Working Lats On The Overhead Pulley

When working my lats on the overhead pulley, should I take a wide or narrow grip, and should I pull the bar down in front of the face or behind the neck?

Use a wide grip on the overhead pulley; pull down to the front past the low pec line, and arch your back.
