I have read Vince Gironda's column for several years now in MuscleMag International. A lot of what he says makes sense, but I have noticed he is very definite and opinionated. I have heard also that Gironda is a bit of a crazy guy. Is this true? Yes, Gironda is a crazy guy ... delightfully so. He's also opinionated, stubborn; and has little patience with some people, especially if they ask for advice and don't follow it. I don't mind admitting that I would rather hear it from Gironda than any other bodybuilding authority. He is a man with original thought. When he talks . . . I listen!
