  • I'm 25 and have been training for roughly 4 years off and on while in the navy. Once I got out I took a year off and and then decided to get serious. My goal is to look like my favorite bodybuilder of all time, Don Howorth. I do everything from 3 day splits of high volume 1-2 hour pain sessions, upper/lower splits and powerlifting with singles, doubles and triples. Favorite exercise is behind the neck barbell press.
