Its simply a high fat/low carb meal plan with a high carb meal every 3-4 days to replenish lost glycogen stores. Similar to Dr Dr Mauro Di Pasquale`s `Anabolic diet` .... http://stronglifts.com/anabolic-diet-101-the-definite-anabolic-diet-guide/

I however found the `anabolic diet` to be overcompensating on the carbs ( 36-48 hrs ) which can leave one very lethargic , I much prefer Vinces advocated higher carb meal every 3-4 days.
