anyone have any suggestions on working delts? i work them for a good 45 min each time but never sore and ive never had good results.i advance in weight but thats about it.

So my suggestion is: Try the 6x6 routine, cut down the work, 2-3 exercises/workout, go for shorter rest intervals (30 sec) and try to shorten them every third workout 2-5 sec. :)

I'm not the greatest authority on Gironda. Now regarding your delt problem... My first reaction is: too much work, 45 minutes of deltiod work.
Most of Girondas workouts lasted less than 45 minutes, and in "four sides" you do chest, back and delts in
2x20 minutes (it's a twice a day routine). But then again I'm not Ron Koslof or Daryl Conant! ;)
