How To Strengthen Ligaments

Would you suggest some exercises for strengthening the ligaments in my elbows and knees. Both are weak.

Always start with a low weight and work up. In this manner, you will produce the viscosity necessary to handle heavy weights with no further injury to these sore areas.

Also, I think you should include more minerals in your diet.
