I have been an ardent bodybuilder for several years and I am not overweight, but I do have a bit of excess tissue about my waist and hips. How would you suggest I go about reducing my waist and hips, while continuing in the development of the rest of my body? I've been running about a mile three times weekly and I believe this is helping somewhat. Start on a meat, eggs and water diet immediately. Also, do not work your abdominals any more sets and reps than you would any other muscle. And above all…stop running. |
